2018 Nebbiolo (Yarra Valley)
Description
2018 Nebbiolo was the result of luck and chance, and Mark relished the chance to work with it. Nebbiolo – or Barolo as it’s commonly known in Italy, is a highly prized, classic grape for grappa producers.
The distilling process was surprising as well, and the often dry and low-yielding grape came through beautifully to create a spirit with a classic grappa flavour profile.
