2018 Pinot Noir (Gippsland)
Description
The 2018 Pinot Noir is notably different to the 2017, but equally intriguing, finding a whole new expression of the grape. This grappa is made in keeping with Mark’s ethos to distil in a way that expresses the unique character of both the vintage and the treatment of the skins during the winemaking process.
The flavours here are anchored in deep, complex, and captivating fruit, with surprising chocolate and nut accents.
