2017 Moscato (Gippsland)
The 2017 Moscato was made in collaboration with Patrick Sullivan. Mark relished the opportunity to work with Pat and his Moscato, as it is one of the cornerstone grapes of traditional grappa making. In Mark’s words: “Pat makes bloody interesting wines. He’s someone who is interested in making real wines that are innovative and progressive“.
This spirit is aromatic and floral, with a hint of spice. A fascinating local Gippsland twist on a stalwart of pomace-based spirits.
