2019 Nebbiolo (Heathcote)

Description

Mark’s second take on Nebbiolo, and his second collaboration with Neil Prentice of Moondara Wines, saw the two working with grapes from the renowned Chalmers Heathcote vineyard.

On working with Neil, Mark couldn’t be happier: “It’s great to work with people like Neil who are trying to make interesting wines, and who share my enthusiasm for grappa and pomace spirits. He understands the whole process, from growing through to distillation.

The 2019 Heathcote Nebbiolo is a rich, fascinating spirit, presenting with a beautiful balance between tannic depth and floral accents.
