2020 Pear (Gippsland)

Pears sourced from West Gippsland. Distilled and bottled by Jimmy Rum Distillery on the Mornington Peninsula. Mark achieved a fruity, bright, and aromatic pear flavour.

The Pear Brandy presents as very rich and textured – a fill and round experience for the palate.
