2020 Cherry Kirsch (Tasmanian)

Tasmanian Cherries were sourced by Summer Snow and fermented to make cider. Their ferment passed into Mark’s hands by luck and chance.

Distilled and bottled by Alchemy in Healesville, this collaboration of Mark’s produced a very approachable and soft Kirsch that builds in weight across the palate.

Floral notes up front with a soft finish.
