2018 Quince Brandy (Gippsland)

Description

The fruit for the 2018 Gippsland Quince Brandy was, once again, hand-picked at Marge’s Cottage Orchard, pressed at Summer Snow, and fermented at Wild Dog Winery. 

A long, slow ferment resulted in an exquisite spirit.
