2018 Plum Brandy (Gippsland)
Description
The fruit for the 2018 Gippsland Plum Brandy was hand-picked then hand-pressed in a traditional wine press at Wild Dog Winery.
After a slow ferment at room temperature over the cooler months, Mark worked the still to produce a delightfully playful and floral brandy.
